I. Club Member(s) project(s) - First 30 days free

• Over 30 days club member(s) start paying regular hangar rent at the assessed amount per square foot as outlined on the rental chart.

• Project not to exceed one year unless unanimously approved by club members.

  • Frees up space for other club members.

II. Storage for aircraft parts for future projects

• A reduced storage rate will be in place for the first 9 months after which the rate will be set PROJECT RATE regardless if the project has or hasn't been started.

• Member(s) has after 9 months of storage a 1 year period to complete project. Extension must be approved by club members.

  • Frees up space for other club members.

III. Annuals

• A 30 day FREE maximum time, after 30 days hangar rent will be set at regular rent per month per size of aircraft as outlined in hangar rental guide. Total period not to exceed 3 months.

IV. Hangar capacity and rent are set as follows

• Capacity two (2) standard single engine or three (3) ultra lights or a combination thereof.

• Rent

  • $120.00 per month plus deviations from clubs standardized size of a single engine plane.

  • $90.00 per month plus deviations from clubs standardized size of an ultra light.

  • More than above capacity to be approved by members.

V. Club Project Definition

• A club project is one that encompasses a large group of members, ten (10) or more, and has been sanctioned by a majority of active members.

• Club projects will get preference over space

  • A degree of consideration must be extended to other club member projects in progress and their approved completion time.

II. Ultra Light = 300 sq. ft. = $90.00 per month.

III. Storage = 10 cents sq. ft. for minimums set below

• Fuselage 150 sq. ft. = $30 per month.
• Wings 216 sq. ft. = $20 per wing, $40 per pair

IV. Club member(s) individual projects - first 30 days free - thereafter at hangar fee rate.

V. Club project - FREE

VI. Wall storage - $10 per wing per month up to one year.

VII. Active member

• Member in good standing with club dues, project costs, and EAA membership.
• Honorary members - Some individual unanimously agreed upon by all members.
