Jabiru 230 - On Sunday, May 31, a number of members of the Chapter had the opportunity to examine a Jabiru 230. Two members, Tim Vallilee and Rod Hatcher even took her up for a spin! While the high winds that day made flying a two fisted job, the Jabiru still responded nicely. The model 230 is a SLSA two place, with a Jabiru 3300 engine. It will cruise at 120 knots and gross weight is 1,320 Lbs.
